EXCELSIOR is an OST to a (currently) fictional game released on N64. Our protagonist CINKO wakes up in the Bronx with nothing but a MIDI controller to his name. This borough is notorious for its grimy streets, chaotic transit system, and a miserable chance at a lucky day -- and it's up to you to survive.
